To all our lovely clients
In order to identify all safety concerns and implement sufficient controls we have completed an extensive risk assessment referencing government and industry guidelines in the process. Based on this evaluation we have introduced some changes and additions to our previous processes and protocols. It is imperative for the safety of all that both staff and our clients support and adhere to these requirements.
Below is a summary of some of the important changes and additions to our procedures and protocols you will need to be aware of. • Online or phone bookings only. • Vertical Tanning Unit clients need to book . • Contactless and card payments only wherever possible. • No physical receipts will be provided, they will be emailed directly to you instead. • Completion of a compulsory health questionnaires 24 hours before your appointment. These will be sent via Email on a mobile device so please look out for these. Any problems accessing it please call us on 02392666622 • Hand washing/sanitizing upon entry into Salon. • No waiting chair area inside salon, arrive 5 minutes before appointment. • Please arrive if possible alone as we are unable to have to many people in the salon at any one time. If door is locked please wait outside and we will be with you asap. • No refreshments will be served (other than water in disposable cups). • Please bring minimal possessions with you, you will be asked to put your phone, keys etc in your bag or a box until the end of your treatment to avoid touching other sanitized surfaces once you have washed your hands. • Please wear a mask or face covering to the salon. • Please let us know asap if you have or are experiencing flu like symptoms, high temperature, loss of taste or smell, a new persistent cough at least 24 hrs before your appointment or no later than 9am on the day. We will be sending out a Covid form the day before your treatment so please can you supply us with an email address as these will need to be sent back. We are preparing your room for your arrival and would like the chance to fill the empty space with another client if you are unable to attend. We will reschedule your appointment after 14 days if the cancellation is less than our standard 48hrs this is only for Covid symptoms, our normal cancellation T/Cs still apply. If you fail to show our cancellation policy will come into effect. We understand our clients don’t like to let us down but safety for everybody is the top priority & we have been closed for so long that we need to be able to have the opportunity to fill every space available. Messages can be left on the answer machine if we are closed please DON’T leave us a message on our face book page or email as this may not be seen by us straight away. We have a screen on our manicure table and reception desk, we will be wearing a visor and other PPE listed by BABTAC & the Government guidelines, washing & sanitizing our hands before and after every client, sanitizing rooms & other work stations after every client visit and at regular intervals throughout the day. We ask for your patience and understanding during this transitional phase and thank you for supporting us in ensuring we best safeguard all our clients and staff once we return to work.
