A deposit is required for treatments of £20 or more. Deposits start from £10.00 and can be paid by phone with a card when making your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we will need 48hrs notice or you will loose your deposit. For all online bookings or if paying with a gift voucher and fail to give 48hrs notice of cancellation, you will loose the value of the whole treatment. If you fail to come in 48hrs before your treatment for a tint or glue test, for lashes and brows or any other treatment requiring a patch test even if you have had the treatment elsewhere or it’s been more than 3 months since you last had that specific treatment with us, you will be charged full price for the treatment as we will be unable to do it.

Our Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances and keep cancellation fee's as minimal as possible, however bookings through us or through our online booking company are chargeable within 48hrs of your appointment time especially with a no show where payment will be taken in full. Please be kind enough to provide us with 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. We have a 24 hour answer phone or email us at info@bellebeauty.co.uk or you can send a text, contact number is listed on our 24hr answer phone message.

All clients are given the opportunity to provide us with an email address to confirm, reschedule or cancel their appointment before 48hrs of your appointment time. Our system sends these automatically and tracks their dispatch.

1. Failure to provide 48hrs notice of cancellation will result in a full payment being taken for online bookings. If you rebook the same treatment that you are cancelling you may be given a 50% off discount on the rebooking treatment, however this will need to be paid for and booked on the day of cancelling. Full deposit will be taken for treatments booked within the salon, this fee will vary depending on time and value of treatment booked.

2. Failure to show for your appointment will result in full payment being taken for online bookings and full deposit taken for treatments booked within the salon, this fee will vary depending on time and value of treatment booked.

3. More than 2 missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings and treatments without payment upfront at time of booking.

4. If you are running late please be kind enough to notify us so we can plan your treatment accordingly this may involve decreasing treatment time or rearranging to a different time on the same day if availability to do so to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees. If treatment time is cut short or you no longer require all of the treatments you originally booked in you will still be charged the full amount.

Regrettably we have had to put these measures in place due to an increase in failures to show and notice periods for appointments. On occasions we will exercise our discretion at implementing the policy but the Managers decision is final and all staff are in full support of the policy and will implement it. Our salon is a space for people to relax and de-stress so can we please ask mobile phones are switched to silent and children only accompany you if absolutely necessary.
